30日の返品ポリシーが適用されます。これにより、商品を受け取ってから30日間は返品をリクエストすることができます。
返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未着用または未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。
返品の手続き方法
返品をご希望の場合は、まずカスタマーサポート（support@suukselect.com）までご連絡ください。
返品リクエストが承認された後、サポートチームより正確な返送先住所、返品承認番号、および発送手順をご案内いたします。お客様の負担（送料・配送時間）を最小限に抑え、最もスムーズに処理を行うため、お客様のお届け先住所から最も近い提携物流倉庫（リージョナル・フルフィルメントセンター）を自動で指定・案内させていただきます。
※ 事前にカスタマーサポートへご連絡・申請いただいていない返送商品は、お受け取りできませんのでご注意ください。
返品が受け入れられる場合、返品配送ラベルと、パッケージの発送方法と発送先に関する手順書をお送りします。返品をリクエストするより先に返送された商品は受け付けません。

破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急にご連絡ください。問題を評価して適切に対処いたします。

30-Day Return Policy Our return policy lasts 30 days. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@suukselect.com.Once your return is authorized, our support team will provide you with the exact return shipping address, a return authorization number, and detailed instructions. To ensure the fastest processing time and lowest shipping cost for you, our system automatically selects the nearest regional fulfillment center or processing warehouse relative to your location.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 16 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@suukselect.com.
例外/返品不可商品
生鮮品 (食品、生花、植物など)、カスタマイズ品 (特別な注文、パーソナライズされている商品など)、衛生日用品 (美容用品など) など、特定の種類の商品は返品できません。危険物質、引火性の液体やガスの返品も受け付けていません。特定の商品についてご不明な点がありましたら、お問い合わせください。
申し訳ございませんが、セール商品やギフトカードの返品は受け付けることができません。
交換
お望みのものを手に入れる最速の方法は、お持ちの商品を返品し、返品が受け付けられた後に新しい商品を別途購入することです。
欧州連合の14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、マーチャンダイズが欧州連合域内に発送されている場合、いかなる理由でも、正当な理由を示すことなく、14日以内に注文をキャンセルするか返品する権利があります。上記と同様ですが、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未着用または未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。
返金
返品が受領され、検査が行われたらお知らせいたします。また、返金が承認される否かもお知らせいたします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、支払われるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。
